The National Museum of Ukrainian Folk Decorative Art hosted the exhibition “The Power of Roots” — the second act of a large-scale project dedicated to the return of the legacy of Olga Rapai-Markish. For more than two decades, these ceramic panels were considered lost, and now they appear before the audience in a new context — as a visual story about the depth of national memory and the power of artistic roots.

The National Museum of Ukrainian Folk Decorative Art in Kyiv hosted the exhibition "Honest Naive", dedicated to the work of Ukrainian artist Petro Boyko. The exhibition presented about twenty new paintings in the style of decorative expressionism, created in 2022–2023.

The National Museum of Ukrainian Folk Decorative Art opened its doors to young artists. As part of the exhibition project "The Power of Fragility", a unique sculpture workshop was held, inspired by the works of the renowned Ukrainian ceramic artist Olga Rapai-Markish.

For the first time in many years, Kyiv residents and guests of the city have the opportunity to see unique ceramic panels by the legendary artist Olga Rapai-Markish, which were considered lost. Thanks to the large-scale project "The Strength of Fragility", the restored works of the artist, which once adorned the Bratislava Hotel, have once again appeared before the audience in the museum space.

Ivona Malevich handed over the work of Valery Hegamyan from her own collection to the Kyiv Art Gallery National Museum.

From September 28 to October 2, 2020, the exhibition hall of the Institute of Contemporary Art Problems of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine hosted the exhibition “Art of Special People”, which presented creative works by children with autism, patients with Alzheimer’s disease and Down syndrome. The event also became a platform for discussing the role of art in therapy, socialization, and personal development.

The collection of the Odesa Museum of Modern Art will soon be enriched with two landmark works by the renowned Odesa artist Valeriy Geghamyan — Uprising and The Girl. The pieces were donated to the museum by a local philanthropist.

In March 2019, the National Museum “Kyiv Art Gallery” hosted a chamber and impressive exhibition by Valery Geghamyan “She Feels Like a Goddess”. At the center is a woman as an image, symbol, energy. This is not just an exhibition of works, but a sensual and philosophical statement by the author about femininity that goes beyond time, fashion and stereotypes.

Ten years after the presentation of the book "The World of Zoe Lerman", in which information about the disappearance of her works was first publicly announced, some of the lost masterpieces have been found. Five paintings by the legendary Ukrainian artist have returned to the family thanks to a Kiev collector.

The 107th issue of the magazine “Antiquarian” became a kind of panorama of the contemporary art space of Ukraine with an emphasis on the work of Valery Gehamyan. His words “The secret of art is impressions” became the leitmotif of the publication about the artist and the title of this issue.

From April 24 to 26, 2018, a unique exhibition of paintings by Valery Geghamyan, an artist, teacher and philosopher of image, was held in the art space "Chocolate House" in Kyiv. For the first time, works from the artist's family collection, which had been stored in a private archive for many years, were presented to the public.
